Description

Situated on the seafront of the Marina, this two bedroom apartment offers easy access to the beach and is only a short distance from Swansea city centre. The property benefits from a superb seafront location with sweeping views over Swansea Bay and towards Mumbles head from the lounge sit-out balcony. The apartment comprises a modern kitchen with adjoining living/dining room area, family bathroom, and two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room. There is electric heating and an allocated parking space. WiFi is also provided.

The property can be accessed from the communal car park at the rear of the block. From the allocated car park space there is a step up to the communal door. The property is situated on the first floor of the apartment block, please note there is no lift access. Once inside the apartment the rooms are all on situated on one level. This property would not be easily accessible to people who need the use of a wheelchair.

“Minor issues but great stay”

It is a lovely apartment which gets great reviews, particularly for it's comfort and location, those sea views are hard to beat! I will also be speaking to our cleaners regarding the floors which appeared to have been overlooked during their visit, apologies for any inconvenience that was caused.
