Description

Simple apartment rentals in Campos do jordao, near the Gate of the city and the Park of the cherry trees. The condo has three blocks with 10 apartments each, no doorman. My apartment has a fairly large kitchen combined with the laundry space. In the living/dining room there is a tv with channels in the region and a variety of books and cds. And finally two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a spare mattress; between the two rooms is the bathroom with electric shower with 4 temperatures. You need to take bedding and bath. During the fall and winter mornings are cold and fog. During the other seasons, the morning and evening are fresh, for who likes to escape the summer heat. The condo is located next to the Portal, and also to the Park of the cherry trees that bloom between July and September, the brewery Baden-baden is close, but to make the tour need to book early for the brewery site due to high demand during the high season. The apartment is 15 minutes from the Capivari without traffic.

House rules

Smoking or parties are not allowed. Pets are allowed as long as the owner cares about cleaning the pets' needs and DO NOT leave them alone in the common areas of the building. When leaving the apt c / pet, this should be with leash and guide; if it is large, must use fucinheira (condominium rules). Beware of noise and loud volume after 10pm, there are residents with children and workers wanting to rest. Remove trash at the end of the stay, discarding at the appropriate location.
