Une charmante villa entièrement rénovée avec piscine et un jardin spacieux à la saline les bains vous attend pour vos vacances.Le lagon est à une petite minute à pied de la villa;il n'y a pas de route à traverser aussi les enfants peuvent s'y rendre seuls.Aucune crainte à avoir concernant les requins qui ne fréquentent absolument pas le lagon.La Saline Les Bains est un village sympa et paisible.Les trois chambres sont climatisées;cette villa a une capacité pour six personnes. La cuisine est équipée d'un lave vaisselle et d'un coin repas à l'extérieur avec barbecue.Le linge de maison est fourni.Le parking est sécurisé et muni d'un digicode , l'environnement est calme avec tous les commerces et commodités à proximité.Cet endroit est idéal pour des vacances paisibles en familles ou avec des amis. .A quelques mètres de là, vous aurez la possibilité de louer planches à voiles, kayak ou pédalo et de profiter des beaux couchers de soleil.Quelques ballades pédestres sont également à proximité dont un parcours de santé.Les week-end sont acceptés(selon la période demandée) ,les séjours de moins d'une semaine également.La location est entre 1470 euros et 2000 euros suivant la saison.. Des arrhes de 30 % sont demandés au moment de la réservation, le reste du montant est à régler le jour de l'arrivée.Deux chèques de caution vous seront demandés le jour de votre arrivée : un chèque de 1500 euros et un de 80 euros pour le ménage; ces deux chèques ne sont pas encaissés et vous seront bien sûr restitués après l'état des lieux.Je serai ravie de vous renseigner sur toutes les magnifiques ballades à découvrir sur notre ïle.
