Neue, schöne Ferienwohnung, gebaut 2011 mit Fördeaussicht, Flensborg Fjord, zur Vermietung für verlängertes Wochenende oder Urlaub. Ob Golf auf dem nahe gelegenen Profigolfgreen, Radtour/Wanderfahrt auf dem Gendarmenphad, Segeln, Fischen, Windsurfing, Baden am Strand oder im Badeland, vieles ist binnen kurzer Abstände machbar.
Der Gendarmphad gehört zu den wenigen dänischen Wanderwege, die in unmittelbarer Nähe der Küste verlaufen. Der Gendarmenphad geht von Padborg and der deutschen Grenze bis nach Høruphav auf Sydals. Die Strecke von 74 Kilometern geht entlang der Flensburger Förde. Der Gendarmenphad hat seinen Namen nach den blauen Grenzgendarmen, die nach der Wiedervereinigung im Jahre 1920 hier patrouillierten. Wegweiser ist eine blauer Gendarm. Der Pfad folgt der abwechslungsreichen Küste mit mehreren Aussichtspunkten, Denkmälern und historischen Gebäuden.
Das königliche Schloss in Gravenstein (Graasten) oder die berühmten Ochseninseln in der Förde sind attraktive Ausflugsziele in der nahen Umgebung.
Sonderburg ist die Hauptstadt der Region mit ca. 30.000 Einwohnern. Schloss Sonderburg und die beeindruckende Alsion mit Universität, Forschungspark, Konzertsaal und Café sind schöne Wahrzeichen.
Ein gutes Angebot mit viel Platz auf dem Gelände für Petanque, Boccia.
Die Ferienwohnung ist für viele Altersgruppen geeignet.
