Description

Three words describe this property; Rustic, Relaxing & Romantic, It has the best view in Santo! Is 15 minutes from Luganville, the capital of Espirito Santo,on 5 acres of manicured land, & 60 metres of absolute water front. The house is built on the water's edge and boasts a 90 sq mtr.deck built over the water. Imagine sipping on a cocktail created at the bar built on the deck, taking in the serene scene of the lagoon & private jetty. Who can boast that they have turtles & dugongs going past their front door?

Very safe swimming for little ones, deeper waters await adults at the end of the jetty in the lagoon, even at low tide. You can swim with Teddy & Tommy, the two sea turtles when in residence who call the lagoon home, or take a kayak (provided) trip and get a glimpse of pods of dugongs, a whale has even been spotted not too far from our house. Snorkel the magnificent coral and view the abundance of reef fish just a couple of hundred metres in front of our house.

Sipping cocktails on the deck, washing up, cooking, even sleeping, the view is of the ocean, and the sounds - gentle waves lapping against the sea wall.

It is a feeling of freedom to take a shower in the outside tropical garden area which is part of the house, only blue skies and trees above you, open but also very private.

The house has air conditioning and fans throughout, has a full size functional kitchen, one separate bedroom with two double size beds.

In the very large main living area there is one queen size bed, 1 single bed. Two bathrooms and the outside shower., TV (only, DVD) books, DVD's & Wi-Fi connection, Blu Tooth speaker, all linen & bath towels are provided .A double kayak is available for your use.

If you are wanting a relaxing, peaceful, serene, tranquil holiday, this is the place for you.

Getting around

There are dozens of small taxi's buzzing around, very cheap. There is utility's if there is a few of you. Riding in the back of ute's is okay here. Or, the best option would be to hire a car/ute/bike as The Jetty is 11 kms from town and it gives you more flexibility.

Interaction with guest

My manager, Megan lives next door to The Jetty. Phone her as you are leaving town and she will meet and greet you at the house. She is available for your entire visit to advise, answer any questions. There is a guest phone on the premises with handy numbers already entered. So Megan is a phone call away.

How do damage deposits work?
