The modern spacious accommodation is in the annexe of a large detached house in a quiet residential area of St Andrews, close to the town centre and the University, only 5 minutes drive from more than 7 different golf courses and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The accommodation is on two floors, with a double bedroom and luxury shower room with large walk in shower on the upper floor. There is a twin bedroom and a spacious wet floor shower room on the ground floor. All beds have Egyptian cotton bedlinen. Also on the ground floor is a high quality garden breakfast room, with sitting room off, boasting a stunning corner kitchen area with 2 ring gas hob, fridge and oven/microwave. The accommodation is furnished to an extremely high standard throughout. . Private off road parking is available.

The accommodation is wheelchair accessible.

PLEASE NOTE this property is not suitable for young children.

We have just returned from a most relaxing few days in this beautiful apartment. The owners Mary and Alex we extremely welcoming and made lots of little touches to the accommodation such as a welcome pack, luxury soaps, an extensive selection of DVDs. The kitchen is very well equipped. They have thought of everything. The beds were comfortable and great quality linen and soft furnishings- making everything luxurious. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and within easy reach of the town centre either on foot ( 15mins walk). Thank you - we will be back.

We have been coming to St Andrews on holiday for many years and have rented many properties but I can honestly say this is far and away the best one ever! Mary and Alex are charming hosts and provided a lovely welcome pack on our arrival. The house itself was immaculate and no expense has been spared in providing an exceptional rental experience We will certainly return!
