Wonderfull Villa located in the exclusive Pacific Marlin development. It offers you all the comfort you can wish for during your vacation in San Juan del Sur!

The villa offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms as well as a private pool, an exterior dining and seating area with 360 degrees ocean views. A great location to view spectacular sunsets! The house is in a quiet area and you can really relax while swinging in our hammock. If you prefer dining in during your stay, we have a personal chef available for a small additional daily fee that can shop and prepare your meals on-site (all cleaning included!). If you decide to step out to San Juan del Sur, you are only a short drive away. If you decide to skip on renting a car during your stay, we have a private chauffeur available on call. Airport Pick-up and Drop-Off can be scheduled with the chauffeur as well (additional rates apply for chauffeur services).

This Villa is an international luxury jewel and has all the jet setters standards for a fraction of the price of a hotel. It can sleep 8 comfortably but is also perfect for a couple looking for a secluded romantic retreat.
