Description

The Green Man is ok for a family of 6 but you may find it tight for 8 . The cottage can be found at the bottom of Pier Lane just over the road from the fish market and close to the harbour with the beach at the end of the road and is central to all amenities The Cottage is on 3 floors we have had to state that the cottage is not suitable for under 5's there are kite winder stairs so could not put that the cottage is great for young children but in the 20 years we have let this cottage we have not a problem There is a washing machine and tumble dryer for the use of all cottages this can be found at the side of Tower Cottage the cottage has a small porch which opens up onto the Crag and unfortunately does not have a garden but the beach is close by. Ground floor small porch, Kitchen/Lounge tv/dvd double bed settee First Floor Bathroom (shower, wash hand basin & Toilet) Bedroom 1 with double bed and TV Second floor Bedroom 2 with with double bed and set of bunk beds

I expect a basic standard. A couple of problems which owner was made aware of. The offer of free nights will not be taken, although location was good and pet friendly.

How do damage deposits work?
