WE SEND LOTS OF INFORMATION AND IDEAS FOR YOUR HOLIDAY
If you are staying during a bank holiday period - Reception building may be closed for part of the bank holiday, ie they do sometimes close facilities xmas day.
We can sometimes allow a dog at certain times ..... please contact us if you are bringing a dog. We arrange bookings for many of these 4 bed holiday villas ....... but not all properties allow dogs. So please contact us before booking .. there is the small extra charge of £45. for 1 dog. ....
PLEASE ensure that you contact us first, if you wish to bring a dog -- this is vital, if we have guests staying afterwards with allergies, then this would be a big problem. guests safety is very important to us.

“Atlantic reach 4bed”
So we travelled as a mixture of ages 2 being the youngest 62 the oldest. The home itself is basically everything you need. The beds are quite old very noisy and uncomfortable in the bedrooms excluding the master bedroom. That one was fine. It was well equipped and the owners seem very nice. The resort was quite disappointing as what is advertised actually isn’t correct. NO mini golf or pitch and putt. NO kids soft play. You have to book the outside pool which the tiles are cracked in the bottom so we had a few cut feet and needs a lot of restoration! The indoor pool is not available all day as this is also used for outside gym members and people not staying on the site. Also adult only swims so it’s very time specific. Which isn’t ideal when your limited to what else you can do on the complex. I get the booking due to covid but it’s expensive to stay for the week so you want to use the facilities. No entertainment on daily just a singer on a Friday evening. You would think due to this being a holiday park this would have been updated in the info. Location was ideal short drive to Newquay and mawgan porth Lappa valley etc. Would definitely go to Newquay again however would look at a complex that has everything available and to only the visitors holidaying to ensure you can make the most of what you have booked. Was a shame about the complex i don’t think this is good for the owners of the properties.

This is a lovely large 4 Bedroom well equipped house with everything you could need for your holiday. The whole house has just been completely re-decorated throughout and the outdoor cladding on the property ..... we have recently had some new beds fitted, so i will certainly check this. The master bedroom has just had a King size bed fitted with luxury mattress. My own children have enjoyed using the outdoor pool and indoor pool in the last few weeks, and we have certainly never experienced any of the problems you have mentioned. The indoor pool has many family swimming sessions available every day ..... and guests staying here always take priority, so i really can not understand what you mean at all. You never mentioned this during your stay, or i would have checked this with the resort. I have just looked now at the swimming timetable, which clearly shows adult swims are in the evening after 8pm. ...... Covid has made it more difficult to have too much entertainment this year, as we can all understand. ...... As you have said this is the perfect central location in Cornwall, ideal to get out and about exploring the beautiful beaches and attractions. Thanks again for leaving your review. Jane

“Family holiday”
We had a fantastic holiday here with our 2 grown up children and our parents, we had everything we needed. The location was great for exploring most of cornwall and some of Devon the pool was a big hit in th evening. Everything was easily booked with Jane and contact was very easy if needed would highly recommend for a family holiday
