Description
This lovely 5 bedroom villa with private pool is located in central Protaras, just 5 minutes walk from all amenities of the resort centre and the fabulous beaches.
The villa is set out on three levels. The ground floor features an open plan dining and kitchen area with seating for 8 persons and a fitted kitchen with everything provided for a comfortable stay. Patio doors lead onto a large veranda which is ideal for outside dining and has views down towards the sea. The living room is situated at the back of the property, overlooking the pool area and features a comfortable sitting area with satellite TV and DVD player. There is also a WC on this floor.
Upstairs, the villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms and a twin room all with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Downstairs, the lower ground floor features 2 double bedrooms and a shower room. This floor also gives access to the garden and pool area which is spacious and sunny with plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing. A covered area features a Ping-Pong table and there is also a shaded sitting area which is perfect for enjoying the warm summer evenings.
The villa is perfect for a relaxing family holiday and an excellent choice for those who want to be close to all that Protaras has to offer.

“Brilliant!”
We absolutely loved this villa. We were 2 families, 4 adults, 3 teenagers and a baby. The villa is spacious, clean, a 5 minute walk in either direction to the main strip, closest beach is a couple of minutes further. The pool was large enough and cleaned twice during our stay by a lovely couple who were friendly and efficient. All bedding and towels were supplied. There was no cleaning or bed changes as we only stayed for 10 days but we were provided with fresh towels half way through. For context there are 3 double rooms on the top floor with a family bathroom. Large kitchen with plenty of plates, pans & utensils, dining room, good size living room, toilet and veranda on the first floor. Two small double bedrooms and shower room with toilet on the ground floor. Air con in every room which worked really well. The outdoor space has plenty of shaded seating, sun loungers, table tennis, dining table. There is sun around the pool all day long. Just be warned, lots of pool tiles missing on the pool floor, all of us ended up with a cut of some kind because of this. We loved this villla and would definitely return. The only thing that let it down really was the maintenance. We had a set of broken drawers in one of the wardrobes. One of the air con sensors was hanging off the wall and the stair gate, which we requested, was fitted very badly and could have resulted in a nasty accident.

“Wonderful villa in great location”
Two families stayed in this villa for a week at the end of August / start of September. The villa was clean and tidy and well equipped for our needs. The pool was cleaned several times during our stay and we loved spending time in it - it was such a pleasant temperature at all times of day and night. Ten minutes walk to the beach and right next to Lidl so has everything you need close at hand. The team at Imagine Villas ensured we had everything we needed and arranged a late checkout for us on our final day which made a huge difference to us.
