The Wharf Apartment is a self contained luxury modern and contemporary one bed apartment with its own private courtyard and entrance .It is situated at the rear lower level of the main residence providing privacy, security and parking for one car.

Amazing location, one minute stroll to the Mindarie Marina to take in the relaxing Mediterranean surrounds and atmosphere, alfresco dining in one of the many bars cafes and restaurants with live music most weekends its a great place to sit and watch the boats and people drift by

or take your bathers and relax by the pool with a drink or some lunch at the new cabana beach club (part of marina hotel but open to public) take a walk or cycle along the cliff paths to pristine beaches for a picnic or just to lie on the sand watching the waves and surfers surf at Clayton's beach

for the more adventurous whale watching and fishing tours, snorkeling, fishing and scuba diving charters , kayak and sup board hire watch the sun go down with a picnic and bottle of wine( the apartment has a 2 light chairs , rug and a picnic hamper kit for guests use)

we also have complimentary bikes and helmets for your enjoyment if required

Close to public transport giving easy access to Joondalup and Perth City, walking distance to gourmet deli , bottle shop and other locals amenities.

The apartment has a large lounge with comfortable modern large modular sofa ,fllat screen TV , DVD player,and DVDs, reverse cycle aircon and free fast wifi

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen including 4 burner gas cook top with full size electric oven, kettle toaster, microwave, built in fridge. The lounge has full size sliding doors leading to a private landscaped courtyard with large table and chairs, BBQ and even a outdoor shower with hot and cold water perfect for Perths balmy evenings.Large bedroom with super comfortable queen size bed and quality linen and furniture, sliding doors also lead to private courtyard. Fully tiled ensuite with extra large shower with great pressure and quality towels provided.

marina only 2 min walk so you don’t have to drive for lunch or drinks Also catch bus for marina to train station to Perth and Fremantle We also offer complimentary bikes to let you explore local attractions

Interaction with guest

being totally separate with its own entrance , interaction can be minimal but we are more than happy to meet and greet and are always available to assist you during your stay. Your keys are left in a secure coded box at front door of the apartment in your private courtyard this code will be sent before you arrival. There are remote security lights to assist with coming and going at night.

How do damage deposits work?
