Response from the owner Dear Ms. Phuong D, First of all, we would like to thank you for your comments. We are a small homestay in this area and our vision is based on nature, what we are doing is to develop tourism to limit people’s impact on the environment , to restrict hunting animals, to make better villages, safer food, to give children opportunities to learn English with foreigners. We’ve brought to your group warmth meals, BBQ dinner with good food that had good comments from other members in your group. Besides, breakfast with many kinds of countryside cakes reminds us about the childhood , the village that many people wish to experience this memory one more time. Trekking: Due to the average age of your group ( 27-61 years old ) and this season is very hot so that we had to make the trekking schedule shorter to be suitable with your group’s health and your request to enjoy the sunset on Tri An lake – an amazing view in this area. About the games, most of members was excited to join them except you so you might feel it was boring because you didn’t want to join people. Because of finishing the trek early so we served your group suger cane juice and fruit which are not supposed to be served in the tour and members were happy to enjoy it. Although we are building a new house next to homestay but we’ve informed you in advance so there was no any workers or machines on the day you arrived and the homestay was all cleaned for your group. We also gave you fans which were working well and we did not get any notices from your group about the broken fan so that we could fix it. On the next day’s morning, there was a meeting of your group but there was also a serious problems that needed to be fix in construction site so we let the excavator worked for only 30 minutes and when you requested to stop, we stopped it immediately. Also the construction site and homestay are seperated areas. In addtition, we informed our workers stop working while you visit so we inform you on the bus was our fault. We are the only homestay spot in the area, with an orientation and good social impact for local and visitors for over 3 years of operation. It is therefore no coincidence we are rated 4-5 stars from domestic and foreign visitors on all prestigious travel websites and fanpage. The only thing we get feedback from members during the trip is the short trekking route , people experience is not enough and the weather in this season is too hot to affect everyone's health (that's the reason we wanted to shorten the trekking route so that people can have good health and time to watch the sunset - one of the beautiful scenery of Tri An Lake). By the end of trekking early, we were able to serve more sugarcane and fruit juice to the group (outside the program) and enjoy the fun. You also knows, it is due to natural weather, after the heat is the cool rain, the air was cooler than the day you arrived. We are the only homestay spot in the area, with an orientation and good social impact for local and visitors for over 3 years of operation. It is therefore no coincidence we are rated 4-5 stars from domestic and foreign visitors on all prestigious travel websites and fanpage. With all the things we have mentioned, we find that all our efforts have not been recorded and that you are completely against the assessment of the members of your group so we are very sorry for your purpose. . Could you find any place where you and your team members enjoy extra services, eat fruits (prunes, mangos, jackfruit, toads ...) without any extra charges? We think that the life of man is now directed to the good and the happiness. Happiness is considered a long journey and is considered the ultimate goal of human life. So if there are times when you or people will be unhappy, then we can work together to build a more loving and loving life. Response from the owner Chị Vô Thường Đ thân mến, Cảm ơn chị vì đã cho chúng tôi một lời góp ý trong cái nghề dịch vụ "làm dâu trăm họ này". Chúng tôi là một điểm du lịch nhỏ trong vùng với định hướng làm du lịch ban đầu vì yêu thiên nhiên, mong muốn du lịch có thể phát triển để người dân hạn chế tác động vào rừng, hạn chế săn bắt thú, nông thôn được sạch đẹp hơn, thực phẩm an toàn hơn, trẻ em có cơ hội được gặp gỡ và học tiếng Anh với người nước ngoài. Chúng tôi không ngừng cố gắng từng ngày để biến giấc mơ thành hiện thực, vì vậy chúng tôi không dễ từ bỏ mục tiêu và sứ mệnh của mình. Chúng tôi đã đem đến cho đoàn của chị những bữa cơm trưa đậm hồn quê ấm áp, chân tình mà ít nơi nào có được, bữa tối BBQ với thức ăn tuyệt vời nhận được nhiều lời khen từ các thành viên trong đoàn của chị và những chia sẻ của mọi người khi thấy cảnh các em phục vụ đứng nướng thịt cho mọi người với bụng đói meo cho đến tàn tiệc. Về bữa sáng, chúng tôi đã thông báo trước trong chương trình là Buffet sáng thôn quê với các loại bánh ướt, bánh tiêu, bánh dày đậu, bánh gai, xôi bắp, đậu hũ nóng… là những món ăn của tuổi thơ, của làng quê mà bao người ao ước trở về ký ức này. Nên có lẽ ký ức tuổi thơ này không phù hợp với chị như đại đa số khách tham gia. Về nơi ở, chúng tôi cũng có thông báo đầy đủ trong chương trình và trước đến giờ cũng chưa nhận được phản hồi nào của khách là nóng, có lẽ do chị đã uống bia/rượu nhiều trong bữa tối BBQ nên cảm giác nóng hơn mọi người. Điều duy nhất chúng tôi nhận được phản hồi của các thành viên trong suốt chuyến đi là cung đường trekking ngắn quá mọi người trải nghiệm chưa đủ và thời tiết mùa này quá nóng bức ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe của mọi người (đó là lý do chúng tôi muốn rút ngắn lại cung đường để mọi người đảm bảo sức khỏe và kịp thời gian ngắm hoàng hôn – một trong những cảnh đẹp kỳ ảo của Hồ Trị An). Do kết thúc trekking sớm nên chúng tôi chủ động phục vụ thêm nước mía và trái cây tận nơi cho đoàn (nằm ngoài chương trình) và được mọi người vui vẻ thưởng thức. Chị cũng biết, đó là do thời tiết tự nhiên, sau những nóng bức đó thì là những cơm mưa mát dịu, không khí đã rất mát hơn so với ngày chị đến, chắc chị chưa đủ duyên cùng thiên nhiên. Chúng tôi là điểm homestay duy nhất trong vùng, với định hướng và tạo tác động xã hội tốt đẹp cho địa phương và du khách trong hơn 3 năm hoạt động. Chính vì vậy không phải ngẫu nhiên chúng tôi được đánh giá 4-5 sao từ du khách trong và ngoài nước trên tất cả website du lịch uy tín và fanpage. Với những điều chị vừa nêu, chúng tôi thấy rằng mọi cố gắng của chúng tôi đã không được ghi nhận và chị hoàn toàn đi ngược lại với đánh giá của các thành viên trong đoàn nên chúng tôi rất lấy làm tiếc với mục đích của chị. Chị có thể thấy rằng, có chỗ nào Chị thưởng thức các dịch vụ cộng thêm, ăn trái cây (sơ ry, xoài, mít, cóc...) một cách thoải mái mà không phải trả thêm bất cứ một khoản chi phí nào không? Chúng tôi nghĩ rằng, cuộc sống của con người hiện nay là hướng đến những điều tốt đẹp và hạnh phúc. Đi tìm Hạnh phúc được xem là hành trình dài và xem là mục đích cuối cùng của cuộc sống con người. Nên nếu trên con đường đi ấy, có những lúc chị hay mọi người sẽ không vui thì chúng ta có thể cùng nhau góp ý xây dựng để cuộc sống thêm tình yêu thương, đong đầy, vì sẽ không có công bằng tuyệt đối, mọi thứ chỉ tương đối. Mùi khói bếp, khói củi nghi ngút, cơm cháy giòn rụm với nồi gang, lọ nghẹ lấm lem hay những điều gây cho chị "khó chịu" chắc chắn nó cũng có giá trị, là "đặc sản" cho nhữg ai xa quê lâu ngày mà muốn tìm lại. Chị cảm thấy rằng, đi ra vườn tự tay mình hái nắm xả, cắt cành bưởi, lá chanh, đạp xe đạp một đoạn để lấy lá bạch đàn, và tự tay mình nhóm củi nấu nồi nước sông: đó là gì, là văn hóa thuần chất nhất mà hạnh phúc hơn là tự mình làm điều đó. Có những anh chị Việt Kiều vì cuộc sống, xa quê hương, có những anh chị khách hàng từ Hà Nội bay vào chỉ để được thưởng thức những điều đã gây khó chịu cho chị, vì đó mới là homestay thực thụ. Chứ không phải sự phục vụ với nụ cười cộng nghiệp cho có lệ hoặc những phòng biệt lập, đóng cửa lại mà không muốn ai làm phiền, thì chúng tôi thật sự không phụ hợp. Có chị Việt kiều hi ăn cơm nhìn thấy nồi gang lọ nghẹ, chị đã lấy nó bôi lên mặt mình và cười một cách sảng khoái, chị bảo đó là tuổi thơ của chị, gia đình cha mẹ chị một thời cơ cực mà hơn 30 năm nay chị mới gặp được nó. Nó tuy cực nhưng sắc màu và đẹp đẽ, chính vì thế, chị mang theo đứa con trai của mình theo để cho nó trải nghiệm và nếm, sờ tận mắt chứ tụi nó tiếng Việt đã lơ lớ rồi, giờ chị tìm mọi cách để nó có chút gì đọng lại trong cảm xúc của nó về một Việt Nam thuần chất và đang phát triển. Vì vậy, chúng tôi có những đánh giá của các bạn nước ngoài rằng: "Đây mới là Việt Nam mà chúng tôi muốn biết" Một lần nữa chúng tôi thành thật xin lỗi chị vì những điều không phù hợp với chị.
