Description
This Istrian villas are more than 150 years old and recently they have been completely renovated. Property consists of two villas of which one has 4 and the other 3 bedrooms. The interior is beautifully furnished and well equipped. Property is located on extended grounds with substantial olive growth, grasslands and forest. The property is very private and secluded, but it is still easy to reach (last 2 km are a gravel path). This amazing complex consists of countryside villa, small countryside villa, large covered terrace with barbecue separated from the first and second villa, swimming pool, garden with courtyard while around the villas there are numerous gardens which offer unique atmosphere and complete privacy for our guests on over 20 000 square meters. You can to rent only larger villa or both villas together, and in both solutions there will be no other guests at the property. Larger villa offers 4 bedrooms with double beds. All rooms have lot's of sunlight and wonderful view of the Istrian countryside. One of the bedrooms has additional single bed and each bedroom has a bathroom. Two rooms have shower, bidet, sink and toilet, and the other two have a bathtub, bidet, sinks and toilets, there is another small bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is rustic styled, and well equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave. Living room is very large and spacious with large opened fireplace. Furniture is all rustic combined with stone that enriches the atmosphere. Living room has leather furniture with 8 seats and a large LCD TV with DVD. Second villa offers accomodation in 3 bedrooms and has two bathrooms, another kitchen as well as living room and dinning area. In the garden there is a large covered terrace with barbecue and table for 14 people. There are 2 football goals, table tennis, table football, and volleyball net. At the property there is a large private swimming pool of 42 square meters for your pleasure and enjoyment.
