Located between Angers and Saumur, le DOMAINE DES GAULIERS welcomes you in Anjou, in the heart of Coteaux du Layon's vineyards, just a step away from the Loire valley and its world famous castles.

Our manor with its cellar is the centerpiece of a former winery and overlooks the picturesque villages of Chavagnes les Eaux and its sourrounding vineyards. A outdoor heated swimming pool (from may to september), a playground for children and bike rental to explore the local vineyards are on your disposal. We suggest you to stay in our entirely renovated six person deluxe holiday cottage. Our property was chosen by the famous journalist, Marie-Dominique Perrin, in her "best french guest houses" edition.

Officialy classified 5 stars, the old barn on the property has been fully restored in 2010 to develop a comfortable cottage and spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms with private toilets (one bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed 160 x 200 and dressing, a double bedroom and one twin bedroom upstairs with air conditioning), for a 6 persons maximum capacity.

You'll enjoy all its equipments and its modern decoration: kitchen (with SMEG fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, vitro ceramic hob, washing and drying machine... ), flat screen televisions in the living room and in each of three rooms, premium bedding (beds made ​​on arrival), bathrooms with wc (towels and home products brand L'Occitane provided), barbecue. ..

Opportunity to provide you with free cot, high chair, bed rails (on request).

Come to discover the Anjou wine-producing landscapes, to admire the impressive castle of Brissac, to take advantage of the charm of Angers and Saumur... Follow the Loire valley and its royal river, visit the animals to Doué la Fontaine zoo, the theme parks TERRA BOTANICA great adventure of plants or the medieval PUY DU FOU, and then, just have a rest in our standing property of hundred-years-old trees and endowed with a very pleasant outdoor heated swimming pool.
