The condo is located on the top floor (3Rd floor), tastefully decorated with new furniture, new hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings in the main living area.

The condo offers two bedrooms, two newly renovated bathrooms, a big kitchen that opens in a large space created by the dining room and the living room.

The first bedroom has king size bed, en suite bathroom, big walking closet and has direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has queen size bed, walking closet and is just the next door from the second bathroom.

In the living room there is a queen bed pullout sofa which gives the condo the possibility to easily accommodate a family of 6.

The communication and the entertainment are at your fingertips: a 55 inch flat screen HD TV, another smaller TV in the first bedroom, HD TV in the second bedroom with Netflix, unlimited 10Mbps WIFI internet (available at the pool as well), unlimited phone calls to USA and Canada.

The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Crock Pot, toaster, coffee maker, washer and dryer, and all the necessary kitchenware for up to 8 people.

The AVALON complex is a quiet gated community and features club house, large heated, resort style swimming pool, barbeque area and gym. It is only minutes walking distance from Publix supermarket, pharmacy and liquor store; the Abe's restaurant is just at the gate.

What makes the condo even most appealing is the location: just 5 minutes drive to the one of the most beautiful beach of Florida, Clearwater Beach, voted #1 family beach city of 2015. Other alternatives to reach the beach could be the taxi (10$ the ride) or the public bus, that stops just in front of the complex. It is also minutes away from both Tampa and Clearwater/St Petersburg International Airports, which makes it easily accessible from all over the world. Surrounded by recreational highlights - award winning beaches, boating, fishing, golfing, Jet Ski rentals, water sports, golfing, biking, beach activities, Pier 60 and nightlife as well as restaurants, cultural and sporting events in Tampa and St. Petersburg - your perfect accommodation for a perfect holiday is assured.

Regarding the driving time to the beach, as many other previous guests noticed, the location is ideal: only 10 minutes drive and you are on the most beautiful beach in the country. They are only three periods of the year when te drive is a little bit longer: end of June, the month of July and the Christmas-New Year's Eve time. These are the most in demand periods and the traffic is normal to be higher.
