This is a BEAUTIFUL Waterfront location right on Tampa Bay. The property has waterfront views on 3 sides and the Condo has Waterfront views from the Living room, Kitchen, and from your private Balcony.

We guarantee the Best Rates in the area for any local Hotel waterfront setting with similar accommodations. Our Condo rental rates are usually lower than any local Hotel rates and we think our Condo is MUCH nicer than the Hotel rooms.

The rental rate shown is the base rental rate. The required Florida State Tax and a Trip Advisor Fee will be added to this rate.

Our one bedroom WATERFRONT Condo is on Tampa Bay and is close to Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg, FL. This furnished condo includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher, new refrigerator, ice maker, new microwave, new stove, toaster, coffee maker, blender, sheets, towels, hair dryer, iron, and everything else you need for a short or long stay. The living room has waterfront views and a pull out queen size sofa bed. The Condo also has a waterfront balcony sitting area. There is a separate Queen size bedroom and a separate children's bunk bed area.

On site amenities include a large Heated waterfront pool, a large pool deck and sitting area, a small tanning beach, an outside fitness area, a sand volleyball court, a BBQ area, tiki huts, and a night-time fire pit. We have the Best Sunsets on Tampa Bay and there are hundreds of nearby activities available.

There is a nice on-site Pool side Grill and Eatery and there is a small store for snacks, beer, and wine inside the 2nd floor main office.

There are several nearby waterfront restaurants. The Condo is about 4 miles from the Tampa Westshore Mall, the International Mall, the Tampa International Airport, the Westshore Business District, and the Rocky Point Golf Course. A larger beach and a very nice walking trail are less than 1 mile from this Condo. The Condo is just one beautiful ride over the Courtney Campbell Causeway to Clearwater. It is also about 10 miles from Mac Dill Air Force Base, 5 miles from the Raymond James Stadium, 10 miles to Downtown Tampa, 16 miles to Bush Gardens and about a 1 1/2 hour drive to Disney World (depending on traffic).

Four non-smoking adults may share the Condo at no extra charge. This Condo is best suited for one Adult couple or one Adult couple and 2 children. The minimum stay is 4 nights.

Our Condo includes Free Satellite TV, Free U.S. phone service, Free Wi-Fi, and Free Parking. This is really a Great location and a beautiful spot from which to sight-see or relax.

Getting around

We are about 4 miles from the Tampa International Airport. ***.When you leave the Airport follow the signs to Clearwater, FL and Route 60. *** Route 60 will take you to Clearwater, Florida but you will not go as far as Clearwater. Keep in the left lane After you get ON Route 60. You will see a Grand Hyatt Hotel from the Highway (Route 60)...You will take a Sharp left ramp/turn on Route 60 and go past (along side of ) the Grand Hyatt...Then one or 2 traffic lights down....stay in the left lane you will see (at a traffic light) the Westin Hotel on the Right and the Shriners' International Headquarters on the left. Take a Left at this light onto North Rocky Point Drive. Condo is at end on right.

There is an electronic Door Lock on the Condo door. Guests may let themselves in at the check-in time. Owner will provide additional info about the area and things to do. Guests may contact the Owners by Phone, text or email anytime (24/7).

There is a good size Public Beach just about One mile from the condo and it is easier to get the Beach and restaurants with a car. There are multiple (at least five) nice, waterfront, restaurants within One mile or less from the Condo. One of these restaurants (the Rusty Pelican) is just a short walk from the condo. The Westshore Mall and the International Mall are about 3 miles from the Condo and the Tampa International Airport is less than 4 miles from the Condo. There are hundreds of areas of interest in Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg which are within a 30-45 car drive. Grocery shopping is about 12 miles away mainly because of the beautiful seven mile causeway bridge between Tampa and Clearwater (where there is also another large mall and more restaurants) A number of our Guests rent our Condo for a month at a time and return again. We really like our Condo and think you will too.
