Enhanced Housekeeping re: COVID-19: The health and safety of our owners, guests and staff is of utmost importance to us. We are taking extra precautions and steps to ensure that all professional housekeeping and interior property sanitation needs are not only being met, but exceeded, to ensure a hygienic environment. Specific enhanced steps taken include more commercial antibacterial cleaning products, staff wearing facial protection and gloves when in the homes, more frequent deep cleans, and continuation of our professional hospitality grade linen laundering services.
Built in 1875 on the lovely Jones Street, named “the prettiest street in America” by Southern Living Magazine, Sycamore House get’s its name from the towering Sycamore in the back. With two bedrooms and one-and-a-half baths, this home comfortably accommodates six Lucky guests.
An extensive interior renovation in 2012 successfully merged contemporary conveniences with the home’s original Southern charm. Pine floors, ornamental hearths, and wood ceiling beams are complemented by state-of-the-art appliances, cable television and wireless Internet throughout. The first of two living areas has matching decorative brick hearths, a loveseat, leather chaise and TV. The fully equipped galley style kitchen opens to a second living space, where you’ll find another large screen TV, couch and dining table. From here, French doors open onto your brick and ivy patio with a stainless steel gas grill and bistro seating.
The first of two bedrooms upstairs is warm and inviting with a comfortable queen sized bed to curl up in after a long day of exploring Savannah. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with plush pillows and exclusive access to the newly added, stunning rooftop deck. The full bath has exposed ceiling beams, an oversized glass shower, and brushed bronze details for a stunning and unique look.
This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
