Description
A very well furnished spacious light apartment on the 7th floor facing south east, mountain and sea views in
the centre of Marbella, everything within walking distance.
A fast fiber optic internet connection and English / International television
Air conditioning and central heating
It has 3 bedrooms one ensuite with queen size bed and walk in large shower
The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each room, the all have wardrobes and plenty of cupboard space.They all have air/con. and central
heating
All rooms have windows to balcony ,lounge and ensuite also have patio doors
to balcony
Parque Marbella is on two avenues, my apartment is by the side of the park
which has a kids playground and summer theatre and shady walks where one can sit on the numerous benches and admire the well kept gardens and trees some over 100 years old, there is also a cafeteria . Just 75 metres away is the promenade with various restaurants coffee bars and shops.
On the many beaches sunbeds are available for a modest all day hire.

“Beautiful Apartment”
Just back from out holiday in Parque Marbella Apartment. What can I say - we had a wonderful holiday all helped by our lovely accommodation that was so comfortable and had everything you could need. The apartment was first class and in an excellent location. All our communication with George was so easy from start to finish. Lovely to meet Julie also who let us in even at our late arrival time. Would definitely recommend apartment. My 11th time in Marbella and 4th time staying at the Parque but first time in this apartment. My go to apartment from now on.

“Comfortable apartment in great location.”
The location of the apartment is superb, close to shops, bars and restaurants. A very pleasant park with great children's park in right next door and it is only 2 to 3 minutes walk to the beach. The common areas and swimming pools are very clean and well maintained. The facilities within the apartment are as detailed and will provide a family group with the ideal base for a holiday in Marbella. My only criticisms would be the lack of beach/swimming pool chairs and loungers and the basic and difficult to use TV system.

“fantastic”
fantastic, clean ,spacious apartment with everything anyone would need .it was close to every where and everything .George was vey helpful in asking all our questions when we were arranging our stay and his daughter was the same on our arrival . I would just like to make one small suggestion though!! Because we were three couples and respected each others privacy the first bedroom next to the kitchen could have done with a mirror as sometimes it was awkward getting ready when the bathroom was occupied ,. we would definitely stay there again .

“Excellent apartment ideally located in Marbella”
The apartment was ideal for our Party, providing all of the services and facilities that we could possibly need.The owner was also very helpful in meeting me on arrival and explaining how everything worked.We were only 100 metres from the Golden Mile of the Marbella promenade and the town centre was just a few hundred metres away - it would be virtually impossible to choose a better location in Marbella. Shops, Restaurants and all facilities were near at hand. An excellent holiday was had by all.

“Excellent location”
The apartment which is on the 7th floor of the Parque apartments, is ideally located and only 3 minutes walk from the beach and promenade . The centre of Marbella and Orange Square are within a 10 minute walking distance of the apartment, and many of the prime restaurants are all close by. The balcony which is fitted with pull down blinds faces west and attracts the evening sun. The apartment itself which was recently refurbished is very spacious and comfortable .We would have no hesitation booking this apartment at some time in the future.
