VERY NICE AND PLEASANT APARTMENT, NEAR 1,5 KM FROM THE CENTER OF THE CITY, 1,4 KM FROM THE TRAIN STATION, 4,5 KM FROM THE AIRPORT.VERY WELL CONNECTED WITH PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND SURROUNDED BY SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS.THE APARTMENT IS COMPOSED BY A GROUND FLOOR AND AN UNDERGROUND FLOOR, AS YOU WILL SEE IN THE PICTURES.YOU WILL FIND A FIRST ROOM WITH A SOFA BED 1,65 MT LARGE, THE KITCHEN, A GARDEN. AIR CONDITIONING IS PROVIDED. IN THE UNDERGROUND FLOOR YOU WILL FIND 2 BATHROOMS, ANOTHER DOUBLE BED (THAT CAN BE SINGLE) AND A KING SIZE BED.NEAR THE APARTMENT THERE ARE MANY SHOPS AND MARKETS, THE CENTRE IS 15 MINUTES DISTANT BY FOOT AND 10 MINUTES WITH BUS.THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS VERY CALM AND NOT NOISY. CITY TAX IS DUE FOR ALL GUESTS OVER 12 YRS (4€ PER PERSON PER NIGHT)

Response from the owner Yes there was some humidity problems during the staying of this guest but we fixed it buying a good dehumidifier. Regarding the warm feeling, you may consider that the guest stayed at my apartment during a very hot period of extraordinaries high temperatures in Florence, anyway we are about to install ceiling fans in all apartments that will help very much.
