New apartment exquisitely designed and fully equipped in Gracia, the most charming neighborhood of Barcelona. Located next to a park and the metro. High speed WiFi. Different pillows to rest like at home and complimentary mobile phone. And, very important in our city, accessible by elevator.

In our brand new apartment we wanted to provide a great comfort and exquisite design led to the last detail. Made with the best materials, has two beautiful bedrooms, one of which directly overlooks a park. A comfortable bathroom with a spacious shower, fully equipped luxury kitchen will make you feel like home. The dining room is comfortable, bright and equipped with carefully selected furniture. You can keep your things in comfortable wardrobes in both bedrooms and choose between different types of pillows to rest at home.

From a powerful Wifi with which you will have access to fiber optic internet, to our cinema system with more than 200 HD movies, everything is designed to make you feel superbly well. Heating, air conditioning, dishwasher, washer, dryer, TV in every room and kitchen full-equip with Siemens appliances and Nespresso machine. We will leave premium sheets and towels and MOLTON BROWN amenities. And if you need a travel cot for your baby you just have to ask.

At the apartment you'll also find a map, an underground plan -the Metro station is just meters from the apartment- and our recommendations to visit the neighborhood and the Barcelona city in general. We'll also leave you some bottles of water and some fruit in case you want to refresh yourself on arrival.

The 'Vila de Gràcia' is the most popular and active neighborhoods of Barcelona, leisure center, culture and gastronomy. Is inseparable from its festival, in mid-August, when the streets are decorated and the work that the neighborhood associations have done throughout the year is shown. Architecturally has several important buildings such as the clock Town Square or the Casa Fuster, Casa Vicens and the Park Güell. A neighborhood with lots of squares and corners to enjoy and experience directly the essence of Barcelona.

The apartment is extremely well located, close to the best places in town and next to the Joanic Metro Station (Yellow Line). There is a public parking across the street.

HOUSE RULES

- The Tourist Tax charged by the city of Barcelona to each tourist is not included in the price and must be paid in cash at the time of checkin. The amount is € 2.5 per person over 16 years and day. Maximum 7 days.

- Check in: from 4pm to 8pm

- Free early checkin subject to availability

- Checkin from 10:00pm to 1:00am available with a charge of €30 that should be paid in cash at the moment of registration.

Departure time: before 11am

- Free late checkout subject to availability

Extra cleaning: 60€ (optional, to be made upon request during your stay. Includes change of linen and towels).

Key collection takes place at the apartment itself.

Age restrictions: 21+ or accompanied children.

At the time of checkin is obliged to present the ID card or passport of each guest as well as fill our registration card, as requires the city regulation.

We love sharing our apartment with responsible and quality guests. It is conceived to give your visit to Barcelona a high level of comfort and quality. Please treat it as if it were their own home. The following rules of use are mandatory. By accepting the reservation you express to fully agree with them.

- Remember to close the windows, turn off the lights, air conditioning and heating when leaving the apartment.

- Remember that you are in a residential environment and from 23h neighbors want to rest. Avoid disturbing noises from this hour. Parties are not permitted.

- No smoking is permitted under any circumstances.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Bookings and stays are not transferable and can not be shared between successive guests. Any change of guests, must be expressly authorized by the property. In case of early termination of any stay for reasons unrelated to the property, the guest has no right to assign the remaining time of his reservation to a third party and/or to any refund or compensation.

Please make sure to leave the apartment as you found it. Any damage caused to the property, furniture or equipment during your stay will result in repair or replacement costs that must be paid by the guest.

Finally, do not forget to leave your KEYS on the table at your departure. Failure to return it will generate a charge of 30€/unit to deduct the amount left or retained under warranty.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
