Lake Hartwell home. Craftsman style custom designed builders personal home with new innovative ideas not yet seen in Hartwell. Total of 6 Bedrooms, 4 Baths with 4,000 sq ft. Master and guest on main level. This home is perfect for your family, business or large group to have a relaxing and fun gathering. It is everything you would hope a lakehouse to be and everything you would expect of a luxury vacation home to have.Gourmet kitchen with large fridge, 4 burner gas stovetop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Beautiful hardwood floor throughout and granite island make it perfect for cooking large meals and making memories for a lifetime. The kitchen is well furnished with pots and pans, coffeemaker, mixer, baking dishes and dishes for large groups. Bar with 2 stools, inside dining table that seats 6 plus an additional dining table seating for 6 just outside on the deck. There is a 2nd fridge located on the bottom floor.The home has a beautiful carpeted master suite with a king size bed with a gorgeous tiled master bath. Bath includes his/her's vanity, jacuzzi tub, separate shower. Bedroom includes a large TV with wonderful views Lake Hartwell. The main floor den has a large flat-screen HDTV with seating for 7 including recliners for 5. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed on the main level with a full bath located directly across. On the top level, there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king, the 2nd a queen. There is also a small reading room or playroom for children. The top floor bath has double vanities with tub/shower combo. The bottom level has a separate den area with TV, wet bar, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The 1st bedroom has a king with a great view of the lake, the 2nd has 2 queen beds plus a bunk bed. The bathroom has double vanities, and tub/shower combo. Outside on a covered deck with wonderful views of the lake is seating for 5 in front of a fireplace that includes a TV for outdoor viewing. On the sun deck is additional seating for 6. Grill with propane provided. Also, the property has a custom built fire pit that 10 people can comfortably sit around at night for fellowship and roasting hot-dogs and marshmallows. Some of our greatest memories have been made around the fire.Cable and WiFi provided.
