There is a $30 registration fee upon arrival for parking passes and wristbands at the resort. Bike rentals available via several bike rental companies in the area.

Panhandle Getaways also has a nifty tool that allows ease of condo rental access to our guests via our Panhandle Getaways APP which is free to all of our guests. Once the condo rental is paid in full you will receive an invite to download the app with all of the relevant information you will need during your stay. The information within the APP will include your secure door code, any door code needed for resort access during your stay, wi-fi access information and any other information about the condo for reference during your stay.

“Elevators”

We rented a one bedroom condo on the 13th floor. The condo was ok however waiting 20-30 mins on an elevator is a bit ridiculous. During our stay we spent more time waiting on an elevator than anything… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
