Description

This spacious apartment of 122 m2 is located on the 1st floor of a 5 storey building ( a large lifting is available) within only 100 meters of Monastiraki Metro Station (direct line from the Airport) and from the Sq of Monastiraki with its 24 hour taxi rank.The flat has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds). There is also an extra folding bed which you can put anywhere in the apartment. The large shower room has a double size shower cubicle and a separate W.C. There is also a TV and a wireless WiFi. All rooms are airconditioned. There are also panel heaters for the winter for better results. The area offers everything a tourist would wish : a 5 minute walk to Plaka, to the Ancient Agora, to Keramikos and a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis and the New Museum. Nearby is the Flea Market of Monastiraki, the central food market and the trendy shops in the area of Constitution Sq. Walking through the streets you can find small antique shops & other shops selling books and handmade jewelry. Miaouli str. is one of the most vibrant and lively streets in Psyri, full of bars, cafes & tavernas. The area never sleeps and during the summer months Miaouli street is a hive of activity with a carnaval feel, well into the early hours.

Situation idéale à Athènes à deux pas de la place Monastiraki, dans un quartier très animé proposant une foule de bars et restaurants. Le métro est tout proche mais pratiquement tous les sites à visiter, y compris l'Acropole, sont accessibles à pied. L'appartement est vaste, impécable, bien isolé du bruit de la rue, parfaitement équipé et très agréablement décoré. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et les conseils avisés de Gina et Alexia. Appartement à recommander.
