Roupes Residence is a newly built complex of private detached villas in the picturesque village of Roupes. Perfectly situated at the foot of Crete's highest mountain range Psiloritis, this complex offers stunning panoramic views of Crete's northern coastline and breathtaking views of the landscape. Ideally located in the centre of the island, these villas serve as a perfect base from which the main attractions Crete has to offer can easily be reached. This area itself is famous for its archaeology and nearby you will find the Ancient Palace of Eleutherna and the infamous Arkadi Monastery. The surrounding area is of magnificent natural beauty and you are within 10 minutes driving distance to the white sandy beach. Our exclusive resort features beautifully decorated villas with private pools. Each of our detached villas is fully furnished and has its own private parking and grounds. With secluded garden areas and outdoor furniture you can dine al-fresco or simply relax while your children play. Our villas are built to high standards in local architecture and style, and are equipped to accommodate up to 7 persons. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Alexis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
