The Space:

"Boundless Blue Villa" is located in one of the most distinct areas on the island, with uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea and the Cycladic Islands of Delos, Paros and Naxos. The villa is designed in the local architecture and combines tradition with modern amenities. Offers complete tranquility, with luxury living and breathtaking views. A private path leads to the beach where drinks, beverages, sunbeds and watersports are available.

The beach is shared with the famous Santa Marina hotel, well known for its high profile guests and high standard concierge services.

For those wishing to combine boating with their villa holiday, there is direct access to the sea with a small dock where yachts can approach.

We follow all the latest cleaning instructions provided by the National Public Health Organization and we have absolutely no responsibility in case the guest is infected with the virus during his/her vacation. We will provide you all possible assistance for the immediate access of the guest to the competent state health center. Guests must abide by all the rules of cleanliness and hygiene throughout their stay.

If a guest is infected with the virus, he/she is obliged to follow the instructions of the Hellenic Health Organization in a place that will be indicated specifically for this case.

The house is available for holiday use and is by no means available for quarantine or isolation.

By making a reservation, the guest unconditionally accepts the above special operating rules.

The house:

At the level of the terrace there are two living rooms and one dining room serving ten people. At the same level there is a fully equipped kitchen and a guests bathroom. The master bedrooms are located on the upper floor, featuring a private terrace and balcony with magnificent views and en-suite bathrooms. Two more rooms that share one bathroom are at the same level.

One extra room with en-suite bathroom is located at the semi basement of the villa following the stairs from the terrace, with a wide window for natural lighting.

The outdoor area offers a variety of possibilities through its thoughtful design where one dining area and two distinct living areas are offering an idyllic setting for a sunset cocktail or BBQ evening. The villa is fully independent so there is nothing to share.

Also, the villa provides parking space for 2 cars.

Rooms and Beds:

•5 Bedrooms in total (3 with en-suite bathrooms, the one is located at the semi basement and has a large window, 2 sharing one bathroom)

•7 Beds (3 Queen size + 4 single) additional beds can be provided after request

•4 Bathrooms + 1 WC

•Accommodates 10 people.

The Neighborhood:

The villa is at the end of a private road ensuring both privacy and calmness at the most beautiful area of the island. The neighborhood is residential and all the villas in the area have their own garden.

Other Things to Note:

An onsite superintendent is available in case of any special requests or emergencies.

Assistance for any kind of emergency is available 24/7.

Please keep in mind that after your reservation, you will need to pass some of your personal info for legal - tax obligations.

Centrally located, only 2km from Mykonos town, the villa is very close to Ornos, Platis Yialos and Psarou beaches. Restaurants, supermarkets and other supply stores are located 3 to 5 minutes drive.
