Description

End of terrace house with a half acre garden suitable for all outdoor activities in a quiet hamlet in the South Vendee. There are three double bedrooms - currently set up as 2 double beds (with en suite to the master) and one bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a single bed. The property is well maintained with a large garden and two ornamental pools ideal for those summer outdoor games and alfresco dining using the on site BBQs.

There is a large lounge and well equipped kitchen diner with patio doors to the garden. The master bedroom is en suite and there is a family bathroom.

The property is situated in a small hamlet in the Bocage with extensive views across the valley to the north. It is near to Puy du Fou France's favourite theme park, Chantonnay, Vouvant, Lucon and Niort. The splendid Vendee beaches from La Tranche (in the south) to Longeville (in the north) are less than an hour away. La Rochelle and Nantes are less than 60 kms away and have regional airports and car hire facilities. The channel ports of St Malo and Caen (Ouistreham) are 3 and 4 hours away by car if you choose not to break your journey. If you choose to travel across the channel with Brittany Ferries we can obtain a discount for you.
