The 115 sqm flat, located on the third floor, has been completely refurbished in February 2015.

The apartment is fully equipped with all types of appliances, brand new furniture and design pieces.

It has hardwood floors all over it; two bedrooms (twin bed in the main room and two single beds in the second room); broad living room with a large sofa (transformable into double bed), a design rounded marble table and a fully equipped kitchenette. two modern bathrooms; balcony facing the interior side of the building.
