Latchi Beach Front Villas can be found right on the award winning blue flag beach in Latchi.

The 2 and 3 bedroom villas range for 50 - 100 metres from the beach. This is not a first line villa. if you require a beachfront 3 bedroom villa, please see our other listing for the 3 bedroom first line beach front villa.

The complex consists of 10 villas. All the villas have the exact same orientation and the furnishings are identical. The only difference between the 2 and 3 bedroom villas is that the 2 bedroom villas have a larger balcony instead of the 3rd bedroom.

This 3 bedroom fully equipped villa has magnificent uninterrupted sea views. Each villa at Latchi Beach Front Villas has their own private swimming pool and are adjacent to the Latchi Public Beach which has been awarded the Environmental Blue Flag.

Crystal clear blue waters literally on your door step. Set amongst open fields, boasting uninterrupted sea views. These Mediterranean style villas have been individually painted in bright colours , with surrounding walls assuring added privacy to each villa.

Upper floor includes master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms with separate shower room and toilet and large balcony. Lower floor consists of an open plan kitchen with access to outside terrace with barbeque. A separate dining area and sunken lounge with traditional fireplace, opening onto terrace and pool, a guest toilet and shower. TV and CD player are also included. Kitchen facilites include dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cooker, oven, freezer. Iron and ironing board are also provided.
