This villa is ideally located in the village of Maharepa, close to all the shops and restaurants ... Once past the gate, a paradise opens on the beautiful lagoon of Moorea, a beach access, an infinity pool, a modern villa, luxurious and ultra functional .... What more? Nothing, you're at Enjoy Villas.
The house consists of a ground floor of 75m2, large lounge in the center of the villa, a kitchen fully equipped with taste, a cellar , a toilet, and a guest bedroom .
The villa opens onto a large terrace of 70m2 overlooking the infinity pool (38m3) and a covered terrace of 40m2.
To go upstairs, you have a staircase overlooking an alleyway in height, overlooking the living room.
The floor of 70m2 consists of two large air-conditioned bedrooms (one with its private terrace of 48m2), a double sink bathroom with a large shower and laundry, as well as a toilet.
The total area of the house is 145m2 so (not counting the terrace at the course level), with an outside deck over 70m2

Description of the main parts:
Terrace: Open Sea (70m2), swimming pool simply majestic, Wood Deck, dining area with a large table set for 10 people, outdoor seating; On the terrace you will also find a barbecue and 5 High chairs ; the terrace opens onto a private garden, with access to a small beach and the lagoon, you will find a kayak 2 places and a paddle board for your boating excursion.
Salon: Large living room open to the skylights in height, as well as on the outside deck; composed of comfortable leather sofas for 7 people and a large HD TV. FREE INTERNET .
Kitchen: The kitchen is also open to the outside deck, at the center, a large work surface. This one is equipped with an American fridge (freezer and ice-maker), a pyrolysis oven, gas hob 4 burner stove with hood and a dishwasher 2 compartment. On small appliances, kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker and an espresso machine Nespresso. What to prepare delicious meals with stunning views of the lagoon and the pool.
Guest bedroom: The guest room is part of the living room, the latter is defined by major Californian blinds for comfort and privacy. (160cm x 200cm bed )
Bedroom 1: Large air-conditioned room of 17m2 overlooking the lagoon as well as a private terrace; The bedroom has large closets and cupboards, a bed 180cm x 200cm, screens on the windows, a TV and a safe.
Bedroom 2: Large air-conditioned room of 15m2; also equipped with large closets and cupboards, a bed 180cm x 200cm and screens on the windows.
Bathroom (1st floor): bathroom with a large shower 1m x 1.80m (shower + rain + 6 jet), double vanity sinks, cupboards, and a small laundry room ensuite with washing machine.
