This brand new 5 bedroom beach front town home comes with all the bells and whistles and is just waiting for you to move in. Exterior features include low maintenance fiber-cement siding, outdoor shower, and plenty of storage for all your toys. Enjoy your own private 4 stop elevator to carry all your bags from the car up to each floor for your convenience with the added benefit of a wet weather stair entry to the main level. The interior welcomes you with 9 foot ceilings on the main level, hand scraped laminate floors, crown molding, and plenty of windows to bring the beach right into your living space. Kitchen includes granite counter tops, tile back splash, stainless steel appliances and a large island to gather around. It has 3 oceanfront decks to allow you to enjoy the beach views from every level. Community beach access and community pool! Pool is under construction and will be ready for the 2015 vacation season!
