Enjoy a wonderful holiday in this beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom Victorian villa, in the heart of Cowes. Ideal for sailing crew, girls weekend, or a family holiday. A few minutes walk from the marina, Red Jet, shopping and all the facilities of Cowes town.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 kingsize, 1 with ensuite shower room and 2 twins. A Family bathroom, with shower over bath. Downstairs there is a large living room with french doors to the garden, there is a High Definition TV and DVD player. The separate Dining room has seating for 8. There is a fully fitted, modern kitchen and separate WC.

This spacious house benefits from secure off road parking and is situated on a quiiet private road with little traffic.

There is a pretty landscaped garden with patio and raised terrace area with seating and BBQ. There is off road car parking for up to 3 cars.

The large attic room for sitting and relaxing has double doors leading onto a roof terrace, with views across the Solent and Northwood park. Relax at the end of a busy day with a G and T while the kids play in the garden or watch TV.

“Good location comfy beds”

Handily situated in Cowes a short walk to many restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the Sunday lunch at the Globe. where they have great offers during the week. The beds are comfortable . and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a slight problem locating the property as the road sign wasn't clearly visible and the road is gravel so we missed it first time and had to ask for directions, then the sign with the house name isn't visible from the path. the Food delivery man drove past and we had to redirect him back. apart from that we had a great time thank you.

Its always lovely to welcome returning guests to our house. The fault on the grill which you identified has now been fixed and thanks for the feedback about the boiler something we were unaware of. We will endeavour to insulate against any noise. Unfortunately there was a mix up on pricing and I am so glad we rectified that and that you have booked again with us next year for the festival week. We like to ensure that our pricing is competative with similar houses in the Cowes area and we feel Northbrook offers great value for money without being overly priced. Keep returning. “Lovely home”

We have spent 3 nights in Northbrook and the house has lots of space for the children. The house is lovely and big but could be improved with a little extra attention to cleaning and fitting fixtures. On arrival there was stains on the front door, and then the kitchen units, some cupboard doors were lose and the handle fell of the fridge. The doors doesn’t have a key for the locks and the bedroom furniture needs updating. Overall we had a good stay and had a wonderful 3 nights, just the little care would have scored a 5 star from us. I would say the owner is very helpful and has been available promptly each time when I asked her a question and when I had an issue with the hot water.
