Description

Villa Laguna, a designated rental vacation home, was redesigned in 2012/2013 in a modern but casual and comfortable style. The neutral color palette and the soft fabrics provide a balanced contrast to the asian elements. This property has a south facing pool that overlooks a nice lake. Enjoy fantastic sunsets over the water while you sit on the covered porch. The pool area was redesigned in 2015 with a complete resurfacing from the pool and waterfall installation. 2016 we renovate and refurnishing the complete Masterbedroom.

This vacation retreat not far from the theme parks like Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom and Sea World and Universal Studios is located also in convenient distance to the Orlando International Airport. Shopping and restaurants are nearby and the Mall of Milennia as well as the Prime Outlet Malls are only minutes away.

Villa Laguna offers 8 guests luxurious accommodations. The Master and the second master bedroom feature King beds with high quality mattresses and high thread count 100% cotton sheets for your ultimate vacation experience. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed while the fourth bedroom is equipped with two single beds. There is a total of 3 bathrooms while the master suite offers an ensuite bath with double vanities, separate shower and bathtub. The secondary baths offer a shower/tub combination. For entertainment we placed a convertible games tabel that doubles as a air hockey/pool table. We also added two veras style gambling machines that are token operated. So no fear - you won't be loosing any money here. The pool has an electric heater that can be switched on for a daily up charge of $ 20. Guest staying during the late spring, summer and early fall will not need pool heat as the pool is south facing with plenty of sun exposure.
