Looking for an affordable rental vacation home while in the Philippines? One of the lowest rates for a 2 Bedroom Apartment/Condo in Taguig City offering a vacation resort atmosphere. Royal Palm Residence is a Thai tropical-inspired residential gated and secure community. It offers a secluded and relaxing feeling while near the center of financial district and buzzing life of Metro Manila.

Rate Includes: WIFI internet, cable TV, water, & electric

Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with (2) queen size beds. A sofa bed in the second bedroom to sleep 2 additional persons (additional charge or $5 per person or $35 per week ). Contact owner very flexible with arrangements.

Easily accessible via C-5 highway. 8 min drive to BGC Bonifacio Global City (The Fort) and Market Market Shopping Mall. 17 min to Greenbelt, Makati, Ayala area. 25 min to International Airport Terminal 1. (These are appx time with no traffic by google maps)

Condo Features:

Complete furnished kitchen w/ refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker and cookware. Heated shower. Free use of pool for renting guests.

“Worst stay ever!!”

Booked a 4 persons unit in Royal Palm. No internet and can’t swim w/o authorisation. Authorisation promised to deliver at the unit but never came! Unit is old and filthy.
