Our private apartment is located on the nicest beach of Bali in the prestigious neighbourhood of St.Regis Bali, Grand Hyatt Bali, and so on, with easy reach to the nearby shopping compound, Bali Collection with several shops and supermarket(10 minute walk, or hourly shuttle buses are provided free of charge).
In the next street to apt. are plenty of groceries and local restaurants and on the new high-way 15mins drive to the vibrant night life famous Kuta, Legian,Seminyak and 30mins drive to Ubud.
The apartment is operated by Novotel Hotel & Residences Nusa Dua Bali.
The size of the apartment is 150sqm + 75sqm private garden with dip pool and fountain and traditional gazebo.
The layout of the apartment is 2 BDR each with ensuite bathroom. A large living room and kitchenette with all facilities. In the master bedroom features a king size bed, in guest bedroom: there are 2 single beds. The apartment also has a very good quality extra bed, in case of 5 persons staying.
Facilities in the apartment include:
Big flat screen TV (Smart Samsung), DVD player, Safety Box and free WI-FI.
In the kitchen - large fridge, toaster, microwave, electric kettle utensils.
Private courtyard with small garden, private dipping pool, sun beds and a garden “ bale" (traditional Balinese resting pavilion)
Our guests have free access to all hotel facilities, as:
large, outdoor 2 levels pool with free towels
Kids club
free yoga/stretching classes in the mornings
free shuttle bus to the hotel's own beach club (cca. 350m from reception)
Beach club and pool side with free sun beds and towels

On the beach excellent swimming and surfing facilities. Just a 15 min drive to the world famous Green Ball Surfing Area
The hotel has its own restaurant and a French style Pause Cafe - every day fresh croissant and french baguette and different style of breads and cakes are available until late in the evening.:)))

How do damage deposits work?

If Andrea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
