Welcome to Villa Jolie, a spectacular holiday villa located in the serene residential area of Rooi Santo in the North area of Aruba. Just a short 5-minute drive from the world-famous Palm Beach and Eagle Beach,

this stand-alone private villa is built on a unique lot overlooking the natural fields of Aruba, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding beauty.

Villa Jolie boasts a modern Caribbean-chic atmosphere, seamlessly blending the stunning natural environment with utmost comfort. Relax on the covered veranda, complete with outdoor patio furniture for both the lounge-level and poolside deck, or take in the panoramic views from the rooftop terrace. The magnificent back garden features a sparkling swimming pool with an elevated non-heated tub, outdoor dining area, BBQ, and lounge area, perfect for enjoying the Aruban sunshine. There is also a convenient guest restroom and a poolside shower.

Inside, Villa Jolie offers three air-conditioned bedrooms, including a king bed in one room, a queen bed in another, and two twin beds in the third room. Additionally, a sofa bed is also available for extra sleeping arrangements. All beds are equipped with plush pillow-top ultra-luxurious quality mattresses and high thread-count all-cotton bed and bath linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The villa features a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing breakfast, lunches, and dinners at home. The living room is adorned with a large flat-screen TV, adjacent to a sunroom, ideal for reading or simply relaxing. High-speed wireless internet service is provided and included, allowing you to stay connected during your stay. How do damage deposits work?
