Luxury 2 bedroom apartment situated in a sought after location in the old town of Albuferia. This first floor apartment is south facing with spectacular views of the ocean.
The complex is well positioned and only a short stroll away from the new marina, beach and the historic old town where you can enjoy your evenings in the many restaurants and bars overlooking the bay. A range of activities and attractions are only a short distance away including golf courses, Zoomarine, water parks and shops. Located directly across the road is the 4 star Boavista Hotel where you may dine or use the Spa facilities.
Easily accessible from Faro airport (30 minutes in a car/taxi). Winter lets welcome (the apartment has heating)

The apartment is finished to a very high standard. All fixtures and fittings are brand new and very high quality. The lounge and bedrooms have full air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge includes Samsung; 32” LCD TV with 150+ channels, WiFi, DVD, CD, I POD docking, leather corner sofa and dining table and chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en suite and patio doors leading to the varanda overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has 2 x beds making the apartment ideal for families.

“Excellent”
We have just returned from a 14 night stay in this apartment and really enjoyed it. The check in process was really simple as the hosts had provided very clear and detailed instructions. The building was quiet and very well kept. The location was perfect and was in short walking distance to both the old town and the marina. There was a handy supermarket just a few minutes walk down the road and lots of bars/restaurants nearby too. The apartment was clean and very spacious for the 4 of us. It had the most amazing view and was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pool area was quite small but was more than adequate and despite it being the middle of August it was never overly busy. This was our first visit to Albufeira and we’re hoping it won’t be our last. We would absolutely consider staying here again.

“Excellent”
We stayed here for 9 nights in August as a family of 4 and really enjoyed it. It is really spacious and having aircon in both bedrooms and living area is really useful

“Fantastic stay”
I stayed here with my partner and our 3 boys , we could not fault it , perfect location and the apartment was spotless and very cosy , the view was beautiful. The owners were lovely and extremely helpful. Will be returning.
