A quiet 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment with fully equipped kitchen nestled in the the rainforest and heart of Manuel Antonio. Access to a beautiful, refreshing pool and tropical gardens which attract daily visits from the monkeys and other wildlife!

The Space

Perfectly situated in a beautiful, peaceful and private area of Manuel Antonio, off the beaten path, but still within very close walking distance to public transportation, stores, beaches, nightlife, and a variety of great restaurants. From the cool and spacious porch with comfy rockers you can watch titi and white-face monkeys, macaws, iguanas, butterflies and a host of other wildlife. In five to ten minutes you can either be at Manuel Antonio Beach & Park or in the bustling little market town of Quepos. Most major tours will come pick you up right at the community's entrance. This charming and private villa is nestled in tropical gardens of a small, secure community with six other villas. The Deluxe upstairs unit comes with AC and access to the inviting and refreshing pool.

Guest Access

This Deluxe upper 1 bedroom unit has a spacious living room w/ high wooden ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a natural stone and tiled bath, a veranda w/ movable glass panels and large rocking chairs and the best view of all the other villas in the Chaman community. The manager lives on-site and is available to assist with any questions or needs and can also book tours and other activities for you at NO extra charge. Guest information booklets are provided in each unit in the villa with useful info for the Manuel Antonio area like the best restaurants and price range, banks, pharmacies, grocery stores, buses, etc

Interaction with Guests

I live in the same complex so am super accessible for all questions, needs and concerns of my guests. I do however understand that many people like their privacy and completely respect that too!

The Neighborhood

Accessible to town, local sights, the beach and national park. Convenient location yet quiet and nestled away in the jungle!

Getting around

We are just steps away from the bus stop that serves downtown for cheap eats and grocery stores as well as the bus stop for higher end restaurants in Manuel Antonio, the beach and the national park. Taxis are easy to flag down too. There is a small free parking area too for those that travel with a rental vehicle.

If Hazel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
