Kalkan Apartment 1 is located walking distance to Kalkan old town. Apartment has stunning views of Kalkan bay and Islands.
Luxury penthouse apartment is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Large infinity pool and large garden.
The apartment roof terrace is private with sun loungers and parasols. Amazing views of the entire Kalkan bay area with far reaching views as far as the mountain village, can be enjoyed from the private roof terrace, probably one of the best views in Kalkan.
Kalkan old town, restaurants, shops are just 5-10 minutes enjoyable walk downhill. Panoramic sea views and mountain views can be enjoyed from the Merkez apartment.
Kalkan Apartment 1 desiged luxury for your comfurtable. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The complex has a communal pool which is shared with just 3 other apartments.
Outside the apartment
* The garden and swimming pool area have wonderful views of Kalkan bay surrounded by mountains on either side. You can enjoy this view whilst relaxing on your own private sun loungers. The pool and garden area are also beautifully furnished with private dining area and more sun loungers and umbrella available for guest use.
* Sun loungers and parasols are available. There are outside marble -topped dining table and chairs.
* The pool is 10m to 5m, Deept is 1.60m and Large terrace area.
* BBQ available as well.

* The living room and dinning area on the lower floor are fully equipped with TV and luxury lounge suite. Sofa turns in to a double bed. TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi internet access area available for you.
* The apartment kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, cooker, large fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster and washing machine.
* There are amazing pool views, town views and harbour view from Living room and Kitchen.
