Appartement en rez-de-jardin avec vue directe sur la marina et ses bateaux., son jardin privatif de 60m2 et ses 2 terrasses dallées et ouvertes vers le port.

Appartement de 75m2 , de 2 chambres et de 2 salles de bain. Bien que dans une résidence neuve, il a été entièrement refait: sol en bambou, peinture neuve, cuisine entièrement équipée..

Les chambres sont aménagées et équipées de lits doubles, de rangement de type dressing encastré ou commode moderne et de télévision HD. Elles sont également équipées d'une clim réversible ( mode fraicheur pour l'été et mode chaleur pour l'hiver) et de volets roulants éléctriques.

Une grande pièce à vivre de 30m2 accueille le salon -canapé en cuir très confortable -et télévision 127 cm - avec accès sur la 2 terrasse, cuisine américaine entièrement aménagée et équipée : lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur/congélateur, plaque de cuisson, (lave linge dans la salle de bain) , micro onde, machine expresso ... ainsi que la salle à manger avec table d'une capacité de 6 couverts.

Les terrasses en double exposition bénéficient d'un ensoleillement tout au long de la journée. Elles sont aménagées d'une table de 6 couverts , d'une plancha au gaz pour la première, et d'un espace plus lounge pour la seconde.

Des transats sont également mis à disposition ainsi que du matériel de plage tel que raquettes, kit de plage pour enfant, ballon, chaise ..

L'appartement est loué meublé et tout équipé. Il dispose de la CLIM dans TOUTES les pièces, de volets roulants électriques sur toutes les fenêtres et d'une place de parking dans parking privatif et videosurveillé.
