Enhanced Housekeeping re: COVID-19: The health and safety of our owners, guests and staff is of utmost importance to us. We are taking extra precautions and steps to ensure that all professional housekeeping and interior property sanitation needs are not only being met, but exceeded, to ensure a hygienic environment. Specific enhanced steps taken include more commercial antibacterial cleaning products, staff wearing facial protection and gloves when in the homes, more frequent deep cleans, and continuation of our professional hospitality grade linen laundering services.
This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has its own private pool and is a short walk to popular Tybee restaurants and, of course, the beach. With so much space, Sunrise House is an ideal home for a weekend getaway with the whole family, reunions or a destination wedding.
The spacious, open living area works well for casual entertaining, and allows everyone to be together while cooking or just lounging. The large, screened-in porch is great for morning coffee or evening drinks, and has ample seating for guests. The interior is decorated with a theme of sand, sky, and water, and will have in beach vacay mode in no time!
The first of four bedrooms has a comfortable Queen sized bed. The master bedroom features a luxurious King size bed and en suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The third bedroom upstairs has two sets of bunk beds, perfect for kids! The second full bathroom is also located upstairs. Downstairs you’ll find the fourth bedroom, with a Queen size bed, ample space, and private access.
