NEW ON THE MARKET for 4, free Wi-Fi, sea views, 80 m to the beach!
Enjoy a stress free, relaxing holiday in our bright, cosy apartment of about 65 m². The apartment is located on the second and last floor of an Andalusian style building with a patio in the staircase. It is next to the magnificent beach of Fuente de la Salud, which is perfect for sunbathing, swimming and long walks
The large dining/living area facing west, offers beautiful views to the sea and on to the Plaza de la Goleta with the Calamorro mountain in the background. From afternoon to dusk you can enjoy the sun here. On the spacious terrace. The electric awning offers shade over the terrace.
The sleeping room have a big and comfortable bed (size 1,80 x 2,00 m) equipped with 2 high quality mattress offers very good support to provide you with a good night´s sleep. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons ( size 1,40 x 2,10 m).
The TV is an big LED flat screen 46”. You have International channels by satellite dish are available, as well as all the Spanish channels. A DVD Smart Blu-ray Player is also available.
The air-conditioning unit, with cool and heat functions, guarantees a perfect room temperature.
This charming apartment has a modern bathroom with a glass shower and an open plan kitchen equipped with all the utensils needed to make cooking fun.
If you do not feel like preparing your meals yourself, there is a great choice of restaurants in the area. Fish, meat, vegetarian, Spanish, Mexican, Indian, Chinese, Italian and others … all in walking distance.
The town of Benálmadena offers many attractions, from the numerous monuments and fantastic beaches to an attractive nightlife.
Close by there is a big supermarket that opens 365 days a year, from 7 AM to 1 AM.
The central location of the studio makes transport by your own car unnecessary. The taxi ride from the airport costs around 22 Euros. In general, taxi fares on the Costa del Sol are quite affordable.
Benalmádena is also the ideal starting point for exploring the region of Andalusia. Several Bus companies offer guided sightseeing trips in English to places like Córdoba, Gibraltar, Ronda, Sevilla or Granada (and the Alhambra).
If you prefer to explore the area on your own, we would recommend you hire a car. Parking on the road in front of the apartment is free of charge. There is also a big public parking in the port (about 100 m away) for a fee.
On your arrival, you will be welcomed with a free bottle of wine.

P.S. There are luggage scales in the apartment to prevent you from unpleasant surprises at the airport.

“Very disappointing”
The apartment is good,the owner Andrea tried to help but couldn’t solve all problems,two full flights of stairs no lift, a TV that had no English channels,Wi Fi that failed & had to be repaired,no water at all for half a day, told it was an area problem,demolition work right under the balcony every day except Sunday,the noise was unbearable and the mess and dust meant no using the balcony,I feel very let down and disappointed paying for this fortnight.

Booked here several times Very professional efficient check in with the lovely owner Location is superb and apartment meticulously clean and we try to leave it that way too We do not dine in but every type of pots, pans,cutlery,crockery and glassware available WiFi Excellent too TV mainly Spanish channels but we never use it

“Wonderful Apartment”
Excellent apartment just behind the marina close to beach ,restaurants and bars.The apartment is immaculate and has everything you could need for a perfect holiday.Andrea is an excellent host and is available if there is any problems,not that there was any.The apartment is spotlessly clean and has a lovely terrace to sunbathe on and is fully air conditioned.This is our second stay at the apartment and enjoyed every minute of it.I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and hope to return again soon,thanks again Andrea for a very enjoyable holiday.

“Wonderful apartment ! Great location”
Met by owner Andrea bang on time and she showed us into the amazing apartment. Best we have stayed at on the Marina with views out to the sea and over the square Everything is spotlessly clean,modern,lots of towels and every kitchen utensil you could require (we didn't eat in though) Seriously late nights sat on the large balcony drinking wine round the table and chairs and then using it to sunbathe on the sun loungers provided during the day. All contact from booking,to departure, was professionally managed by Andrea and Holiday Lettings Perfect spot and as we visit the Puerto Marina often we will be back if Andrea will have us Gracias
