Built in 2008 and fully renovated in 2013, Villa Surabaya is conveniently located on the hills of Sosua in Panorama Village, a very exclusive gated community. You can enjoy our spacious sun-bathed living-room or one of the 5 double bedrooms. Just dive in our swimming pool (60m2/550sqft) and relax in one of 3 hydro massaging showers. Rattan/banana leaf furniture gives a modern tropical feeling at the place. It will feel just like home with all the modern appliances including flat screen TV and dishwasher.

We strive on being as 'green' as possible. The Villa is equipped with many energy saving devices such as Solar powered pump/filter for the pool, 14 Solar photovoltaic panels, Solar Hybrid AC's, solar generated hot water, low energy light bulbs. Reduce your vacation carbon footprint!!!

Just let us know if you need other services like Cook, maid or car rental. We can organize it (additional fee applies).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Anthony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
