Splendid Villa of new construction, in Tuglie, a small town just 8km from the sea of Gallipoli (green bay) and 6km from lido conchiglie. Ideal for those who want to spend a quiet holiday away from the chaos of the beautiful city without renouncing the sea that can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The villa consists of two levels the ground floor with large open space with sofa bed, table with 6 chairs, 1 bathroom with shower and basin with a solid wood top, double bedroom with air conditioner, a walk-in closet and a another double bedroom. The tavern area with sofa, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined if necessary, fireplace, table with 6 chairs, kitchen with 5 burners, oven, hood, fridge no frost, freezer and double sink; 1 bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, wc; large outdoor garden equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is ventilated and also very cool, you do not suffer from the heat during the day and at night you sleep comfortably with a sheet. Within a radius of 400 meters from the house there are a butchery, bakery, delicatessen, convenience store, the Post Office, a large square where the weekly market takes place on Friday, a bar with excellent production of homemade ice cream and pizzeria.
