Beautiful two bedroom newly furnished and decorated luxury flat right on the beach with several 5 star guest ratings. Great sea views over the beach with spectacular views of wee Cumbrae, the Clyde Coast and Arran, this first floor flat has two double bedrooms, a large living area, new kitchen, new bathroom and free wifi.
The property is in a great location, between the town and the play park, just two minutes walk from the bus stop at the Pier Head and the town. On the first floor of a traditional blonde sandstone building, the property is very well equipped with little luxuries like egyptian cotton 300 thread count bed linen and big fluffy towels.
In a quiet location that's perfect for families and couples.
Living area - Flat screen colour TV with Freeview (including children's channels) and DVD player, free wifi, corner sofa with seating for four people, dining table overlooking beach and four chairs
Kitchen - well quipped new kitchen with microwave, fan assisted oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster
Master Bedroom - King size bed with memory foam mattress, two side tables and fitted wardrobes, 300 thread count bed linen
Beach Bedroom - King size bed, two side tables and chest of drawers. Great view of beach and coastline
Bathroom - new white bathroom with electric shower and screen
Also included - travel cot, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and garden at the back of the property
Sorry, no pets, stag/hen parties or smokers.
