Our corner condo is our second home. You will find amenities that most vacation rentals don't offer. We use a Kaba electronic lock, so no keys to find or lose, You will receive a random set code to use for the length of your stay.
We have a 40" flat screen with blu ray player and surround sound with over 300 new blu ray movies and well over 300 dvd's, concerts, and VHS tapes to enjoy. There is a second tv in the bedroom installed on a swivel from the wall.
We are 30-40 feet from the ocean...both the bedroom and the living room sit on the water...our views are of Lanai and Molokai., making the Tropitone rocker chairs are our favorite place to sit to eat and watch the world.
The building is cider block but our unit has been sheet rocked, which makes the unit very sound proof and cozy and painted with decorator colors. The extra large L Shaped couch means there is plenty of room to stretch out when you are watching TV.
Down pillows and bath sheets, liquid body soap.ADA toilet. The privacy tint on the sliding doors give you more privacy and Along with our sunshades on the lanais a cooler unit.
We also have a small safe for your use in the closet.
Our sandy beach is great for body surfing, snorkeling, kite surfing or just walking out to wade and play in the water.
Our idea of eating out is on the lanai, so our kitchen is very well stocked..waffle iron, rice cooker, small 1-4 cup coffee maker, a single serve coffee maker , slow cooker, good selection of pans and utensils. #404 is very homey and an easy to be lazy place. We have many repeat guests who think of it as home but a bit more special! with the roar of the waves and the swoosh of the palms. Maui Magic at its finest!
We were here for 1 month in June 2021, we purchased a new Firm Beauty rest mattress, a big 21 cubic ft refrigerator, had our sunshades fitted with all new hardware and ropes, new drapery tracks with upgraded ball bearing rollers for an easier close or open. We also put in a new Microwave vent over our glass top stove.
We have installed a very large wonderful fan in living room on a remote. I can’t state the name correctly as the algorithm thinks I am using bad words.
But you can figure it out…Kick Bass. new Minka fans in kitchen, bedroom and dining room. You will find beach chairs, noodles and boogies boards for you to use also. And of course free wifi, parking and no resort fees….

I plan our Spring training trips that way and it makes it exciting to wait for the calendar to roll around to March. It just takes the stress and unknown away and makes the trip more fun. Response from the owner Thank you for taking time to comment on your stay.I know you were coming in from a B and B up on the hill. Your 4 day stay was very short but on the water, you could enjoy the sea. We have owned for 18 yrs. We have watched the palm grow to where the last fronds are just below our lanai ceiling. We expect on our next trip, the birds, (who love the palm) will be too high to watch, as those fronds will be cut off. You came in the day we left so lots of new blu ray movies (260) to pick from and lots of new kitchen items along with towels, body sheets, top books, new ada toilet, ceiling fan in the bedroom and new washer/dryer. Its always a work in progress but rent from an owner & you get many extras that a time share will never offer. Time shares, by nature, have the same furniture, white sheets, no upgrades or personal items. You mentioned you have a time share available in our building that you wanted to try. We really want a great place where you spend time to be a big part of the whole vacation experience, not just a place to sleep. May 2019 bring you back to Maui....such a beautiful island with the best weather! Mahalo.....
Debbie's condo has one of the best views in West Maui. The condo is very comfortable with all the amenities. I highly recommend it.

I am glad you liked the unit and PS replaced the scale! ;> and the washer and dryer, the bedroom ceiling fan got replaced, new ADA Toilet, new Tropitone Cushions along with all the regular things that seem to be freshened up! SO please come again and enjoy the views again! I am already dreading going home! love being so close to the sea and sounds....best place is for sure! Everything worked smoothly and we were very happy with all bookings. We stayed 10 days in Hawaii and enjoyed everything we did and everywhere we stayed.
Response from the owner 10 days is a great visit to Maui! So many things to do on island. We are here now and added lots of new things to make sure we are always improving the property. New washer dryer, ADA toilet and Hi Velocity ceiling fan in the bedroom (replacement) and new Tropitone cushions for our lanai chairs. The view is amazing and needs no help.
