The holiday apartment is on the second floor of a house in an elevated location with a view of the sea. The picturesque old town of Vrsar can be seen from the apartment. It is a 15-minute walk to the beach and the yacht harbour.

The 70m² apartment provides modern comfort with air conditioning, satellite TV, free wireless Internet access and a safe for your valuables, and can accommodate four adults and two children or five adults. The living room has a sitting area with a sofa bed and a flatscreen TV. Two children or an adult can sleep on the sofa bed. The modern dining space is for six people. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed (160 x 200cm and 180 x 200cm), two bedside tables with lamps, and a wardrobe. The four-star apartment has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms. One of the two modern bathrooms has a bath, while the other has a shower.

The two balconies are furnished with a table and chairs and look out towards the sea. There is a lush garden inviting you to relax, with a grill, garden furniture and sun loungers. A free, private parking space is available.

The major sights of Vrsar, including a sculpture park, the historical castle and the St. Fosca Church, are within walking distance. You can also take the bus to explore the region. It is 800 metres to the nearest bus stop. It is 100 metres to a supermarket. Sports enthusiasts can find tennis courts nearby (1500m) and a little airport with parachute jumping and panoramic flights over the Limski Canal, which is regarded as the most beautiful Croatian fjord. It is 50km to the international airport at Pula.
