Description

There is no place like home. But there is place that is close to be home. We hope you will like our unique, homey and comfortable place. Stylish design, nice and warm atmosphere will make you fill like home during you staying in Israel.
The apartment is placed at the Old Jaffa area, the famous Watch Square, at the flea market, 300 meters from the sea.
New building, great yard, relaxing view.
Our apartment is fully equipped with all you need: washing machine, drying machine, microwave, gas cooker, refrigerator, storage cupboards, crockery and cutlery, sink, table, and chairs, iron, teakettle, teapot, coffee machine Nespresso, even hair dryer etc.
This apartment is very homey and comfortable. You can find there everything you need. Even we have books for you to read. If you wish you can even have one of our books and leave one of yours. It's a sort of exchange library.
In the evening you can relax at the balcony with a cup if good espresso or herbal tea and enjoy excellent calming view.
We have our own free parking. There is an elevator in the house.
Our special service: we will provide local sim-card for your cellphone so you can contact us any time.
We provide towels, shampoo, hair conditioner.
The apartment is placed in the historical center of Tel Aviv. At silent street but a minute away from the most popular restaurants and pubs quarter. Near by you can find a lot of historical and tourist attractions and activities: museums, art galleries, old city, theaters, Mayumana show, Jaffa's port, fresh sea food market, famous flea market, the Watch Square, etc. Supermarket and drugstore are near by. Everything is opened 24/7.
10 minutes walking away from the first trian station in Tel Aviv - tourist attraction.
The neighborhood is very lovely. A lot of activities, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and drugstore are in the neighborhood. In the garden you can find a lot of citrus trees and collect the fruits (at season).
There is a lot of butcher, sea food and spices shops in the neighborhood so you can enjoy wandering between them and buy ingredients for you diner.
There are also 2 local wonderful bakeries. So you can enjoy fresh bread (huge assortment) and pastries.
From our place you can got anywhere: comfortable transportation - buses, taxi etc. We also have our own free parking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Olga (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
