Appartamento in villa circondato da giardino di tipo mediterraneo. La scogliera con mare poco profondo e cristallino dista pochi passi da casa e la spiaggia di sabbia facilmente raggiungibile a circa 1,5 km. Oltre la grande cucina/soggiorno(climatizzata) vi è una veranda coperta dove poter mangiare all'aperto ,un doppio barbecue di pietra lavica o carbonella.
Una piccola piscina con vista mare immersa in un giardino di rocce e piante tipiche può allietare e rinfrescare il soggiorno.
Raggiungibili a piedi bar e pizzeria/ristorante, mentre la splendida Ortigia dista circa 13 km. Molto comodo l'accesso all'autostrada ed i collegamenti per le escursioni giornaliere.
Contesto geografico ideale.
