Description

This beautiful vacation home is located in serene Coventry lake resort area just three minutes walk from the lake and minutes from Patriots Park, Lake View restaurant and the famous Bidwell Tavern. Historic Capt. Nathan Halle homestead and museum are less than two miles away.

Besides being a scenic eight minutes drive from UCONN's Storrs campus, Coventry is only an hour and twenty minutes from Boston and two hours from New York City. The house is fifteen minutes from a golf course and minutes from several picnics and fishing spots.

There are three sets of two bedrooms and one bathroom in the house (includes two bedrooms in the loft with a common area and a bathroom), a living room with a fireplace, small dining room that can seat eight and a fully applianced kitchen. Washer and dryer are in the house.

The residents can enjoy the deck and a nice back yard with a grill and a hammock and two small organic gardens with seasonal veggies and herbs. The community also has the beach and lake rights with a marked swimming area.

Note: The rates are for the whole house. twoA set of two bedrooms can be rented at $125.00 per set per night with $20 per additional guest per room if available.
