Villa Encantada is a beautiful and very unique contemporary tropical designed property! With attention to every detail and with every amenity you can think of, including kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops, high speed internet, wine frig, heated outdoor shower, infinity edge pool, large sun deck, BBQ, outdoor fridge and great views.The property is located on 2.75 private acres surrounded by lush rainforest with an abundance of wildlife including monkeys, sloths, toucans and parrots along with many different varieties of beautiful butterflies. Villa Encantada has 3 bedrooms, a master with king size bed and private bath. Two guest rooms, one with a queen size bed along with a custom made bunk bed and the other with two full size beds. Upstairs is a second full bathroom with shower and just off the main living area is a powder room. The Villa can sleep up to eight people. Each bedroom has it's own 32" flat screen Sony TV with satellite service. Your pool and outside terrace will be perfect for you every morning before you awake.With 14 beaches and so many attractions nearby, you're sure to have a great time at Villa Encantada making this a vacation to remember!

Near the Villa is Dominical and other beaches perfect for those looking to relax or those looking to surf. Located on Costa Rica’s amazingly beautiful South Pacific coastline, the small village of Dominical is a hidden paradise with something for everyone. There are shops, restaurants, bars, hotels, and some amazing natural scenery and adventures. Dominical is known to have some of the best surf in the country, but it also has easy access to two amazing national parks (Manuel Antonio and Marino Ballena), some breathtaking waterfalls, great rivers for rafting, and many other great natural adventure tours. With its stunning backdrop of lush green forests and palm trees, this beach is also a great place to bird watch or take a canopy tour.

Villa Encantada also comes with our full time concierge, who will be available to assist you with anything you need, including rental car, arranging tours, private chefs, masseurs, etc. Housekeeping Service provided once weekly and additional housekeeping service is available. In home laundry service is available. There is also full time monitored security, as well as 24 hr staff to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect for your stay at our Villa. Villa Encantada is managed by Paradise Management; a company with over 10 years of experience, expertise and the professionalism for making your vacation in Costa Rica magical.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Stewart/Esteban (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
